Here's a big fuck you! I hope you choke on your profit and there is no Christmas sex for you. You people are real pieces of crap and not at all in the Christmas spirit.

Secondary douchebagging for the companies not making enough or sending enough of these toys. Why would you not? You are missing an opportunity. Dumbasses!

Spo', you celebrate Christ's birth by banging'?

sorry, there have been numberous times walking through a department store that i filled a shopping cart with items just sitting there. its usually kohls. people never think to check there. i once sold 30 of these hamster things that make noises and do all sorts of other stuff. bought them for like 8 bucks a pop and sold them for 30-40.

don't be mad at the people who do it, be mad at the idiots willing to pay those prices.

I think the smart thing is to create the early scarcity and then about a week before Christmas announce a huge production run finished and flood the stores with them.

I don't think people really understand the time it takes for production to significantly increase to get these toys to market before Christmas. If the company could forecast demand properly, they would have produced as many of these things as they possibly could. They probably thought they would sell about 100,000 hatchimals this xmas, and then someone like Oprah goes on TV on black Friday and claims they are the must-have xmas gift of the year. Soccer moms everywhere instantly buy them all up, and there is little to no stock left in stores. It takes months in order to ramp up production so right now the free market is taking over. There will probably be millions of these things on store shelves in February, and then in the clearance bin by May or June.

If you love your kids you pay the extra money and get the toy.

Yeah. Fake the scarcity and then drop them in at the last minute.

Nope. I can justify telling people to waste hundreds of dollars. I can't justify telling people to waste tens of thousands of dollars.
