Don't worry. He knows more about ISIS than the generals do.

Biased intelligence reports and biased media reports. Rigged election (if he lost).

No win situation for this poor guy.

Totally agree. But, not to excuse it, but didn't Obama shirk a lot of his foreign policy Intel meetings too?

Maybe Presidents should attend these?

You wouldn't happen to have a list of those names would you? I'm generally curious about this.

Tillerson was a Jeb Bush donator, but there has to be others, right?

Yeah, anyways, let's keep this thread on track and focused on the bill I'm the thread title.

Thanks.

1st one off the top of my head, McMahon. Linda McMahon’s total pro-Trump super PAC donations: $7 million. Now granted, this is from a biased media source. And I'm sure the appointment was a total coincidence.

Devoss major GOP donor. Wilber Ross bailed Trump's Taj Mahal casino out when Trump declared bankruptcy. Once again...I'm sure just a coincidence. This will not be business as usual.

Mods, please delete this response. Totally off subject.

Read what Trump actually said about the BS "intelligence" briefings.

He said they keep telling him the same things each day, so he only attends to them once per week, delegating Pence to suffer through the monotony, and he has given orders to alert him immediately if there is ANY new information.

I'd say that he has those bases covered, LongPubieCrew.

Should I send you a copy of my new Health Insurance Bill was already double what it was in 2008, and that increases by another 55% in less than 3 weeks?

Please don't.

Why aren't you successful enough to buy insurance on the open market?

I do. I insist upon Blue Cross.

Sorry. As someone who makes his own destiny and doesn't rely on government, I've been able to keep my premiums manageable for my family and me. I don't need society to take care of my loved ones, and regulations don't impact me.

Ha.

Anyhow, it seemed pretty damn easy before. Never had to give it more than a second's worth of thought. Shopping is for food, not health insurance.

It would be nice if we could all go to a single place and everyone pays a single price.

Single payer is the best option, IMO, and the ACA is bad. I was just giving Panther shit because he does his "motivational speaker on acid" bit and then whines about higher insurance premiums.

I run two businesses, Chico. I was not talking about individual coverage, but the problem is the same across the board - you just notice it less if your boss is paying a majority of it as a portion of your gross salary.

Government needs to get the fuck out of the health insurance business.

No it wouldn't.

Imagine Donald Trump making decisions for your healthcare with NO other option available to you.

Single payer is worse than what we have now and what we had before.

The willingness people have to turn over your health to the whims of the federal government is just insane.

A non-subsidized public option is arguably better than what we have now. A single payer system is no way is.

Agreed. Medicare, Medicaid, ACA. Abolish it all. I'm healthy and yet my money is going towards the healthcare for poor, old and people unable to obtain uninsurance. Those people just need to die already.

Give to the needy, not the greedy.

Charitable healthcare is fine for the disabled, and the elderly who worked hard and built up their contributions have the right to enjoy those contributions - no doubt about it.

Everyone who is able does indeed need to do some form of work to get a bite of the peach.
