I just saw this thread today and sincerely hope your entire family is doing better. I cannot agree with Brick more, continue to consult with pediatric doctors who are tops in their fields. If your family has any questions, it is among doctors' highest obligation to help you understand as much as humanly possible through the entire process. There are no bad questions when your child is involved. But at this point I'm certain you know that.
