That a boy. We got us a new board member who is a current or former employee

He joined in 2006

man, it's kind of pretty much a "sign of the times" that when you have a show bringing up the glory days of the past (you know, when the station was legitimately lovable) has so much !!! and activity going on and almost everyone to a wo/man basically saying "wow, the score used to be so awesome!" --- RIP "voice of the fan" =/

[we now replace sinicalypse's regularly scheduled existential meandering with something official from THE CUBS RADIO NETWORK! #Synergy (hold the emery)]

"All the money in China" might still be correct.

I had never heard the expression "all the money in China."

i'm having a hard time finding any fault in that statement. to be fair, peak-dahl was like ~10+ years from being "in my wheelhouse"

I saw offman at a remote at the chicago marathon expo several years ago. I think he was wearing the same sportcoat.

I'll mark out hard if they can get Dan McGrath on, and to preface his interview they say "Don't be smarmy, just say hello" =D

I don't know how this sounds on the radio but the mic levels on this stream are atrocious.

I wonder what Dan Bernstein's retirement show will sound like.

Agree, the sound is all off. I went back to the regular radio, which isn't synced up to the video.

No, and that is why so many long time listeners are turned off by the constant vitriol, SJW crusades, and overall tone of the station. It was light hearted and fun, and the hosts were real. You would bust out laughing nearly every day. When was the last time you listened to Matt and Jason and laughed out loud?

It wasn't that light hearted. There was some serious hate flowing through the radio in those days...but it sure was fun!

Wow,this show was closed to the public. Appropriate seeing how B&B treated "the public" over the years.

Hanley will be the last original employee left (I don't think Grobstein was there Day 1, was he?)

Wellness check on badrogue. His whole stance on Boers has been destroyed and the show isn't even over.

No,it's about a guy who talks on the radio. The listeners are what is referred to as the "Bread & Butter".

I started listening in late 90s/early 2000s (both during insomnia or other random boredom). Was a big Scorehead/fan but have switched to ESPN over the years and now just a bunch of random different shows and podcast but pretty much never the Score anymore. Bernstein is a big reason. I just wasn't interested in a bunch of political stuff, being talked down to, or a 'grammar nazi' type of style towards callers...it shouldn't be that serious. Then they would lie about sources and inside info, would be hypocritical, would be wrong and ignore it, and it just all together turned me off.
