Yet, even as President elect, he gets the report second-hand after Obama and NBC news. Just in terms of its delivery, the report is not credible.

Did you watch the farcical intelligence hearing to members of Congress? Not one piece of proof for their allegations did they offer. Essentially, the hearing was a a pep rally.

Trump did receive the exact same briefing...just not at the exact same time. I haven't read anywhere that Trump complained about the difference in timing so it seems you're creating a controversy where there is none. Trumps gripe was with NBC which did not get a copy of the report that Obama did, but instead reported some items which were in the non-classified brief which were relayed verbally by a source in attendance.
