Yes. Dan came with his "sources" stuff about something that I didn't pay attention to, but then I perked up when Spiegs went full-on savage. Called him loathesome and said he hated the way he goes about his job - creating "sources" and make people guess what he's talking about. Said that Dan won't let anybody challenge him on it, either.

About Rose but the bigger issue that Spiegel mentioned is how Bernstein has these "sources" that tell him what's going on but Bernstein can't say exactly what it is. Spiegel accused him of just throwing shit out there like that so he can fill a 5 hour show.

That is the most aggressive stance I have heard a host take against Bernstein in years. Matt hints every once in a while that he questions the existence of Dan's sources. Today he openly stated it Dan.

The WYC part though is that Matt found Dan's use of innuendo throughout his career to be "loathsome", when just a few minutes before he let Jason hint at Kyle Korver's sexuality.

I can't tell you exactly who my sources are or how exactly they phrased it, but my sources tell me that CBS doesn't mind a "Jew v Jew" fight, but they're categorically against the entirely different dynamic of a "Jew v Balck" fight. I willing to guess it depends how transition goes.

If Spiegel goes off on Bernstein, as he's often done, Mitch sprints from his office to the producers and tells them not to put it up. If it's clean with no arguments or slander against athletes, Mitch stays under his desk.

So if Spiegel called Dan a liar with regard to his "Sources", I doubt today's will be posted.

I get the impression that Jerry DiNardo is getting exasperated with Dan today.
