If you are against the death penalty, almost every case you run across is worthy of exception. The punishment always seems to be associated with inhuman actions of the guilty.

he's a useless human being. but i'm not a fan of the death penalty. there are cases like ted bundy where it was probably necessary because the guy was a danger to society and kept escaping prison...but it's usually just an archaic way of justice.

he should be subjected to continuous viewings of "mama mia!" until his sentence is carried out.
