I'm 12 days into no alcohol for the month. Immediately got a cold about a week in. Sensing this is a symptom of withdrawal. I'll start scheduling meetings shortly.

I cut out caffeine. definitely feel better, but my morning joe was the highlight of my workday. trying to ease back a bit on the booze too.
