I just saw that this clip was posted by OKC. It has got to be one of the oldest B&B clips I've seen posted on youtube, this is peak B&B.

Yeah, saw that last night. It also serves as a refresher (or, perhaps in some cases, an introduction) of Hub's unfortunate over-devotion to the Bears before they cast him aside a couple years later ... not to mention an appearance by 'Caller Chuck'.

A rare sighting of a good YT comment also: Vintage B&B. Boers full of piss and vinegar, Bernstein a young smartass instead of a social justice warrior. The best thing in Chicago radio by light years in the early 00's.

I couldn't believe the show jingle has been around that long. It caught me off guard big time when I heard it.

Hub Gallagher

Riddlin, diddlin

Jimmy Piersall

That first caller that talked to Hub...is that the old jagbag that still calls O.B. & Hamp on the WGN postgame show?

And the show could be contacted at "BoersBernsie@hotmail.com" or via the "Barret's Home Theater fax machine" which, that day, was 'cloudily accessible'.

Wow, Bernstein was NOT shy about his stereotypical jive-talking voice. "They dun took me outta content!" It's like he was a completely different person, then.

Did I hear them correctly, asking for Peter Angelos to come offer Frank Thomas a bunch of money to leave the team after the 2002 season?

Oh jeez, even in '02, Bernstein was Amateur Public Relations Man.

2006-2011 still had a lot of good times. Like this discussion of candy.

I would enjoy hearing segments from some Score shows pre-2000

Always listened to the show until the Penn St. coverage went on too long. Dan became even more SJW, with Terry starting care less and less. I barely switched the station until then; now I only have it on when I sleep at night, Cubs game, or if there is relevant breaking news.

You were incorrect.

You said show was always terrible. That's wrong.

You said they weren't funny. Again, many people enjoyed them. So incorrect again.

At least I don't think you're stupid.

Just wrong.

The show was at one point undoubtedly original and entertaining. At the same time it was also a very compelling listen, I used to look forward to them discussing certain topics. That may have ended a long time ago but there's no doubt that the show was once very good.

This was great. Have heard anything as entertaining on the Score in ages.
