That was a decent interview. I just don't know if I'm supposed to take it seriously. Because here's my problem with The Daily Show going back to Jon Stewart. It's obviously a political news show, yet whenever the show comes under criticism, its fans want to dismiss the criticism by calling it "comedy". This is a tactic often employed by dan bernstein as well.

I've had to smile at the suggestion floating around that POTUS Obama should resign a day early, making Biden POTUS #45 for a day...and fucking up all Trump's merch.

It would never happen because Obama is an adult. Silliness like that is for Clintons who removed the Ws from all the White House keyboards on the way out.

I have to give him credit for the Cubbie tribute today. I couldn't have done it, but I respect that.

Funny how Laura Ricketts was the ownership rep though.

There is a story in the Tribune about it. She basically set-up the trip because she wanted it to be with Obama. That's why she was the rep.

I'll be the first one to rip apart Trump on policy once we actually have actual policy to evaluate. Until then....i'll keep avoiding the news. They've been absolutely a disgraceful.

I don't really know for sure, but something I read in the paper this morning led me to believe this is deceiving. It said the three orders Trump signed yesterday were not actually Executive Orders but rather Presidential Memoranda and that such Memoranda were Obama's tool of choice and that he issued more of them than any other president. They are considered somewhat less "serious" than Executive Orders. There is also a presidential action known as a Proclamation which is lesser than a Memorandum.

I don't know. Are you looking for the real answer or trying to be a political partisan? So far Trump has signed ZERO Executive Orders.
