i love how we're acting like we haven't heard this show 50+ times over the years when terry was on vacation/siesta/whatever. if it was bernstein & parkins i could understand the microanalysis, but now that we're permanently getting one of the default fill-in-shows heard countless times over the years? lolwat?

also i love how dan stopped and took a breath to make it sound like "who will be the first caller to bernstein & goff?" was some epic thing.... perhaps even a symbol of the bold fresh "new era" [of a rehashed + pimped-out overglorified fill-in show].... and it inexorably ends up being some dumb caller ("that's the bit!") who ends up getting admonished by dan because "NOBODY. This is going to be a basketball-heavy show, even more so than it was with Terry. Both Dan and Jason cut their teeth in this business covering basketball at various professional levels, and both have an obvious love for the sport that can only result in more air time devoted to...Bulls talk. Bleh.
