What are they protesting?
There is no valid reason to sit in the winter rain to view this farce that they are rightfully protesting.
I sometimes wonder if the same rationale against protesters now was used back when students attempting to integrate lunch counters in 1961
They seem equally adept at ignoring the point in attempts to belittle any (every) dissent
Every citizen of this country has a right, dare I say an obligation,to speak out in protest against injustice and wrongs as perpetrated against them by their government. The problem is,this administration has not even gotten into office yet. This same incoming administration when it looked because the so called impartial media was calling it for 6 plus months for the opposite candidate was
clamoring and prognosticating doom and riots if they lost. They made the incoming president make a public statement and haraigned his followers with the vow they would accept the outcome of the election and meet the victorious Lady President in harmony for the good of the country. Now that the reality has come to light that the majority of state populations did not want her and her cronies in office and voted in the dastardly man who would send his followers into the streets of hometown USA to riot and tear the country asunder, now that they have lost they are doing the very thing they made the victors promise they would not do. Eight years ago ,those who opposed the current President where admonished and told to give him at least a hundred days. True there was some uneasiness upon his election, dare I say there was though dancing in the streets. Yet,this man, even though he can at times be a moron and a buffoon, should have his administration given the same courtesy that was asked eight years ago. If the opposition did the kind of chicanery that is going on right now on the opposition ,the "fair and balanced" media would have been howling from the rooftops with ugly vile words on them, not so much now.
With that I bid you good day sir.
That is hilarious coming from the neutral observer who called Obama a "fucking liar" anytime he felt that Obama broke a campaign promise. Trump said he was going to drain the swamp, but he has SIX former Goldman-Sachs executives in his cabinet. It's nice to see that, predictably, you already have the excuse machine running at full speed, including more shots at Hillary, who has nothing to do with anything at this point. Concluding with taking your ball and going home was the cherry on top.
For eight years, you proclaimed that Obama was divisive and the problem with Washington today. Now that we have the most polarizing, divisive figure probably to ever hold the office, your venom is spewed at Democrats in Congress. You are going to be twisting yourself into knots so much, we will probably be calling you the Human Pretzel in short order.
