Well, he's trying his hand at it anyway. He just worked on an episode of Chicago Fire shot last week, where he was in the role of a Chicago Police Sgt. I drive the car he arrives to the scene in and then he runs to the trunk for a bullhorn, while I take up position with an M6. It was fun to work with a bunch of real swat and tactical police officers and former Police Officers (like myself), who made filming the scenes a blast. Izzy seemed to enjoy himself. He told me in the car between takes that this was his first acting gig. He's still planning on doing work as an NFL analyst as well as doing the same for the CFL. He's from Canada, which I was not aware of before. It's episode 15 which should air in about 4-5 weeks.
