Tuned in jut long enough to hear him speaking in hushed tones about how import the voices of Steve Kerr, Greg Popovich, Stan Van Gundy are on the world stage.

Bernstein is asking for action. He wants people to stop being racist. He's asking you to go out right now and talk to a black person. Talk to a Muslim. Talk to a hillbilly.

Goff says he takes it very seriously that for a lot of people he's the only black person they will ever hear in their lives. If he truly does, he shouldn't belittle light skinned brothers. Because then white people will think it's OK to do so. And that won't end racism.

What about handicaps or gays?

I did it. I took Bernstein's advice. I just came back from walking the streets. I was looking for a black person. I stopped him and said, "I would like to talk to you." He said "Why?". I said "To end racism." At which he said "Get the fuck out of my way you crazy ass cracker."

So it didn't work.

Goff's voice does get extremely low when he preaches about "SERIOUS THINGS". It's kind of weird. But at least the laughing stops.

Between the political shit and his family this weekend, Bernstein has covered a lot of the PTFB topics in a few hours.

Fuckin A. Jumped in the car..tuned in and heard what you typed above. Fuckstein then said to Goof...in the typical serious Fuckstein voice...."you shouldn't have to bear that burden". I PTFB and never turned it on again during my 60 minute drive. What a shit show.

anyone notice bernstein trying to up his street cred since this B&G show started? Several times he's said things that sound like a white guy trying to be cool around a black guy. somewhat uncomfortable to listen to

He's always done that with black guests/co-hosts. It's...odd. His elocution intentionally gets worse, and he adopts a jive-talking tone. It's actually pretty racist.

Goff doesn't realize it's patronizing. Or he does, but is scared to say something.
