Agreed. If they're going to stick with sports, we know that hockey isn't going to be a topic and it's too early for baseball. That leaves the NBA, college basketball and the Super Bowl.

You love the NBA though so all the talk is just what you want. Imagine if they spent the same amount of time on college basketball or golf or tennis. You'd get bored pretty quick.

I got bored with it due to football years ago. It's the primary reason I'm cynical about both now. Knew it was over once they added the rather mundane all access. Zaidman whispering sweet nothings into the ear of disinteresting football guys isn't a good listen. Couple that with Fantasy football talk and its was all over.

It's not necessarily about the sport. It's about spending your whole day talking about the sport outside the city. There are better places to go to hear 4 hours of Lebron vs. the Warriors is coming when the Finals take place 11 months from now.
