That is a ridiculous proposition. If I were to run over protesters, someone on this board just might bring this thread to the attention of an assistant States Attorney, who then could use it to show premeditation. That would mean facing a likely charge of murder, rather than vehicular manslaughter. No, if I am ever in such a situation, I will be acting in my own defense and in my own interest in self preservation.

No, I refrained from putting myself in a trick bag. If I am ever on a street that is blocked by a BLM crowd that is unruly and halting traffic, I will run their asses over, before allowing myself to be kept in a precarious position of safety. I don't see going out looking for a confrontation with marchers, where I actually seek them out for the purpose of running someone over as anywhere near the same thing. That you cannot distinguish the difference is not surprising to me though.
