Bribing a government official, or accepting a bribe as a government official?

Many seem to think the former is worse. I'd say the latter is without question.

Accepting a bribe is worse since it likely comes with actual action that justifies it.

Your government regularly bribes or attempts to bribe government officials and the USA is blessed by God so it has to be the accepting.
