What is something the vast majority of people love but you hate?

Snapchat.

What's the point? There's little to no interactivity (aside from its messaging function) and content is erased after a certain point.

Music concerts.

OVERRATED.

Do not understand the point of paying to stand to listen to music.

You're a very angry man Frank. It's ok, I don't hate you, so we can file that in the thread, "what do you love that everyone else hates".

You paid money to go to a Cleveland Browns home game. You cannot speak on the subject of paying admission into anything.

I HATE HATE HATE HATE people who do not fix ball marks on the green, spit sunflower shells or ash cigars on the green & tee, or pull up in the cart while you are standing over your ball. I know that is specific to one thing, but I still hate it. I always try to fix at least 2 marks on the green, and I try to be very aware of driving my cart around if another golfer is nearby.

How could "everyone else" love Regina Spektor? She's much too weird. Maybe people like the OITNB theme song, I don't know, but I was on board with Regina Spektor before I even joined this message board.

Incidentally, her new album was one of my favorites for 2016. Sort of scuffed her edges back up a little after years of polishing them off, which I like, because she was getting a little Starbucks-y there for a while.

hey man, "quality people against spektor" was a myspace group so that should give you an idea of the kind of timeframe this went down (i'd assume it was when she began her ascent to starbucks) -- and uhh, you know, she had that stupid ha ha ha ha ha haha song or whatever "blowing up" all over my tv and whatnot. my gf at the time (inb4 DID. NOT. HAPPEN-- we know!) was all about having a pink mohawk and all that so you know, a younger chick trying to brandish a punk rock aesthetic = she was quick to aid and abet me on any/all "anti-spektor" sentiments (and i really hated that song) cuz i mean... just errryyyghhh.

and i remember that song's video even had her rocking duality colors on a checkerboard floor so you KNOW she was going for that "starbucks placement" aka "big success" cuz you don't need to have a dual-pillar/checkerboard-floored facebook profile picture to know that "making it big" often requires "a little help from [your] friends" like "gee i wonder who those voices are in your head, bitch?!" (and the pineal gland / third eye was just starting to have a look and around "the joint" so i thought i was a noble crusader against the status quo, and even so i was gonna be damned if i didn't flip off the status quo for anointing shit like that weak song as its soundtrack!)

as a virile male with delectable taste/s in music (example = i've always said that "good drum and bass sounds like a train going through hell") i just couldn't do it. "a line [had] to be drawn in the sand; this aggression will not stand!" --- and there you go!

Actually, that list taken as a whole sounds like a pretty good time.
