The discussion of the NIU incident by Fred and Mike. I think that the pathology behind any mass shooting is usually based on the same sort of disconnect with society and disregard for life. To try and separate that Tinley park was worse or some how more heinous than this or any other college/high school shooting is asinine. These two drove me off the radio this morning. Jumping from NIU to Tank Johnson and Indiana's Head coach being a "bad, and irresponsible" please let Dallas babysit Tank, wow, another corrupt coach and his program. The two of these guy trying to discuss society and all of its shortcomings and trying to tie all of this together, while they go through their selective amnesia is unreal. As I'm typing this the cable news outlets are telling me that this shooter at NIU "was a great student, and well respected among his peers.." I'm sure that explains why. 22 students a 5 women shopping were just going about their daily lives

the other day i turned him on for the 1st time in about a week. what do i hear? mike telling fred that the smoking ban will end just as prohibition ended. that took about 15 seconds and i had to change the station and go back to jonny b. he just doesnt get it does he?

Thats because 3 guys he knows told him drinking has gone down 23% and the Alderman are now getting involved.

Smoking ban is not going away. Mike and his crew are.

I heard about 10 minutes of the show this morning, and it was more than enough. If you want to hear social commentary on the NIU shootings, this is not the show.
