Except you are allowed to have body contact. The higher the level, the more contact allowed. Central States allows more contact than NIHL. Unless you are some chump ref who is out of his league who calls my kid for a penalty. Same chumps who call icing on penalty kills. Michigan Beverly allows far more contact than Illinois.
