Who was the co host tonight? I heard about 5 minutes of Shep talking about his hurdling injuries and that was about enough for me.

Yeah.. How his body as a 32 year old was wrecked by high school hurdling. Herron talked about how he just hurts all the time, his back and knee lock up after sitting.. Somehow I think the degree of pain is a bit different.
