hey that was pretty clever !

It would be if BRick wasn't a member of the "BURN HER!!" crowd that would still go "meh" if it was shown Pence had emails in his AOL that were Codeword.

More evidence of bad Baby McCown behavior.

Because it's just a lie. And it's tiresome.

You know, the ignore option would probably give you the safe space that you need. Maybe KDiddit can help you out. I think he uses it.

Are you sure? I would think that that information would be kept confidential.

BRick. The Donald now tweeting that his phones were tapped by Obama. If they were that's... ya know... classified information. Any comment about him putting this on Twitter (from an unsecured phone).

If that is classified information then I'd love to see him get tried for it. I'm not sure it is though.

You are choosing a bad battle. I'm going to celebrate the day Trump is impeached. He's been really bad so far.

So yes let's hold both Trump and Hillary accountable. Sound good?

Aren't they withholding MANY emails due to their "sensitive" nature? If the info he transmitted was no big deal, why can't all the messages be released?

And, this is about the blatant hypocrisy. It's not unexpected, but it shouldn't be brushed aside.

That's fine. Hillary has nothing to do with The Donald tweeting classified information this morning (FISA warrants are classified just so you know)

They weren't classified! There is a major difference.

The hypocrisy is people getting worked up about this when Hillary did something much more illegal.

As I've said a few times if you want Pence and Hillary to stand trial for this then let's do it. Pence is in line for a slap on the wrist at most. Hillary would face jail time.

No one is arguing with you about the potential outcomes of the cases. If there is wrong-doing, there should be punishment. Wasn't Hillary investigated and "cleared?" She did pay the political price. People seem to be saying that Pence shouldn't even be investigated.

Is there both a federal level of "classified" and a state level?

I'm no expert but I believe classified is a federal thing. In rare circumstances governors can get limited classified information if it is vital to their state.

However Hillary literally had emails that were marked classified. If Pence has those then lock him up too.

Also we all know that Hillary got lucky. Someone with less political clout is going to trial.

FISA warrants by nature are classified. Don't try to split hairs. You railed on HRC for "emails!!!!" Do it for Pence too.

Oh and I have it from a much better authority than "internet man" that a Governor does have much higher clearance than Confidential. So forgive my dismissal of your continued argument that Pence is not the same as HRC.

No. Classified is classified. BRick is just gonna try and split hairs to still rip on HRC. He can't survive without her.

You can't split hairs with classified. It either is or isnt.

A governor has a clearance for classified information but they are only given access in rare need to know cases. Do you honestly think the Governor of Indiana is granted the same access to classified information as the Secretary of State?

However once again I'll go with the idea that FISA warrants are classified. If they are then I hope Trump is impeached on Monday.

I'm starting to think you don't actually know what classified information is.

This ridiculous clown trying to draw equivalence between a Midwestern governor discussing popcorn and the Secretary of State toppling regimes in the Middle East. Does he know how silly he sounds?

I'm just curious as to why so many of the reportedly hacked e-mails of Pence are being held from release as being "sensitive?"

If they're not "classified," why aren't they being released?

What does "sensitive" mean in relation to security?

You've got at least three issues here:

Pence was wrong
Clinton was wrong
Clinton had more sensitive material in her possession but that doesn't make Pence's issue any less egregious

Correct. They're not exactly the same, but it's pretty fucking disengenuous to act like Pence's is nothing after howling for years about Clinton.

It does make it less egregious. Literally the penalties are far worse.

Try them both.

They aren't close to the same. One is much more severe.

So you're going to completely excuse one because it's"not as severe"? It's the same action. It was wrong.

They're not even close to the same thing. There was no restriction against Pence using private e-mail and he didn't destroy or hide any of his e-mails. This is the worst false equivalence in board history.

It wasn't though. Maybe it should have been and I would expect Indiana to look at its policy regarding email going forward. Personally, I would find it egregious if you used AOL.

What do you mean by "wrong"? That it's stupid for a state government- or any professional organization for that matter- to allow employees to use private email for business matters? That may be. But what's really egregious is attempts to use this to excuse the misdeeds of Secretary Clinton.

You've got at least three issues here:

Pence was wrong
Clinton was wrong
Clinton had more sensitive material in her possession but that doesn't make Pence's issue any less egregious

It does make it less egregious. Literally the penalties are far worse.

Try them both.

They're not even close to the same thing. There was no restriction against Pence using private e-mail and he didn't destroy or hide any of his e-mails. This is the worst false equivalence in board history.

No one is saying they're the same. They were both wrong, however.

Jay walking and drunk driving are both wrong. It doesn't mean we should judge the actions on the same level.
