Hard to believe that the original Planet Earth series came out 10 years ago. I heard that this was coming out a few weeks ago
and started DVRing it . Watched the first one last night with my stepson and he was fascinated. I guess he never saw the first
ones. Anyway, for you nature program lovers, this brings back the amazing video from the far flung portions of the earth. It is
on one of the BBC channels. Here is the best video from the first episode I watched. It was out there on Facebook a while back.
This is about as good as it gets in my opinion ( only 2 minutes and well worth if if you can watch).

They have been pretty good. Some really impressive sequences and incredible camera work. Some personal favorites was the story about the
snow leopards, a battle between some eagles and some lions trying to chase down and eat a giraffe.

I heard the camera technology is a big step up. Not that it was bad 10 years ago.

that new doc where they made robotic animals and put a camera in the eyes... that was crazy good stuff to watch.
