Yeah. Dragons Milk is awesome. Over in Muskegon, some of the bars have it on tap. It's even better

I was very happily surprised by it. For a dark beer it went down smooth and was very tasty. I am trying to squirrel away some of
my favorites in the basement so I an pull them out for a rainy day later this summer. I put the last two down there for future
consumption after a good round of golf. I only went out and bought these to celebrate the promotion today.

Dragons milk is a nice bourbon age that you can almost get. They've been having varietals of it showing up recently but I'm not sure I'm ready for fruit infused bourbon aged stout. I try to save my aged ones for cold days. I'm not sure a goose bourbon barley win will hit the spot on a 95 degree day.

They did a Cocanut variant I think in December 2016 that was very good. I liked it almost as much as the old Bourbon County prop from a few years back. Some of the other vairants have sucked, but overall Dragon's Milk is usually SOLID.

If you're looking for a great summer beer Sam Adams has their Porch Rocker Beer that they release for a very limited time in May and June. Such a good beer in the summer.

Good to know. Might try them when I see them. If they came in variety packs I might give it a go. I've liked many aged beers. I think revolution has some nice ones too. The only one that really got me was Stone Punishment. Not sure I'm ready for spicy beer.

I could not find Porch Rocker last summer. Their Summer Ale was the only thing I saw.

Yeah the beer rep for Sam Adams was in the grocery store the other day when I was shopping and I asked him about it. He said unfortunately they aren't getting the type of support for that beer like Summer Shandy is getting from the stores. If you do a taste test of the two there is no comparison as Porch Rocker is so much better.

Ive already seen Summer Shandy out so Im hoping they will have more distribution on Porch Rocker this year and a longer period of time they will sell it.

Summer Shandy may have been the best first try of a beer I've had(along with Hopslam) but I've enjoyed each one less every time I've had it. Now I can't even buy it.

Yeah.. summer shandy was great the first time I had it. Was the beer we drank at the lake trip we take with my wife's family. Now I can't stomach it.

That sucks, Chris. Porch Rocker is way better than Summer Shandy.

Squirrel is correct. If I never have another Summer Shandy, I'm good. But I do like the Grapefruit Shandy.

At Ale Asylum before seeing the Smoking Popes. Velveteen Habit is a great IPA.

Picked up a 22oz of this last night so looking forward to trying it this weekend. Also picked up some Coronado Brewing Stingray Imperial IPA. Meh. Wasn't that impressed after trying one.

If you are talking about beer at 0500 you may have a problem.

Had a great beer in Austin last night. Texas.

A bomber would probably be double dry hopped Sue. If so, that's about a thousand times better than the canned version. What's the label say?

If you judge somebody for talking about beer, then you definitely have a problem.

Nice catch Greg, it is the Double Hopped. Going to crack it for some basketball tonight. Man I wish someone could point me in the right direction when I'm at the store. It's really been hit or miss with a lot of these beers. I don't mind trying them all but I guess I don't really know what I'm looking for. I saw a bunch of IPAs infused with fruit juices but I think I will start testing those when it's warm out. Just so many choices, which isn't a bad thing.

The DDH is supposed to be spectacular. I've got a couple of the other TG bombers I need to get cracked open soon.

The Hard Rock stocked the fridge with Presidente. Three in, typical shitty light pilsner, and I love it.

Guys is there a website where microbrews are rated that you trust? I'm just curious about what I could be looking for when I go shopping. Right now I'm just choosing by descriptions on the bottle or if maybe I have happened to hear of them.

Download the Untappd app. You can see ratings of just about every beer imaginable. Global ratings, and those of your friends.

Beer advocate and Rate beer are good, as well.

Yeah UnTappd is a good one cause you can see what people know thought of it. CHUSE will give you good reviews. (Or me or CIJ or HV or Fromage....)

Went to Sheffield's on Friday for a KBS tapping.

First time having KBS.

Don't get the hype. Good beer but definitely sought due to scarcity rather than quality.
