There was a kid in elementary school couple years older than me. He was probably 5'8" 250 in 5th grade. He had the beginnings of a beard. black wallet on a chain. Black leather ankle boots with the heels all worn down. Rode a chopper style bike with a fat tire in the back and four on the floor. Us little kids would just part the waters and stare as he strode by. Todd Topper was his full name but he was only ever referred to as Topper.
