Of course you would rather your team wins titles every year but when you look back at your sporting life 40 years ago you'll care much more about 2016 than you will about 2021.

A tale of two World Series champions. One team went on a 11-1 postseason run, which you may never see again. Another team needed extra innings in game 7 and a rainout to stop the other team's momentum.

One team definitely sounds like a fluke. It's not the Sox though.
