If the wind is howling off the lake, yes. My guess is that wind chills were probably somewhere between 35-40 last nite at Wrigley. This time of year, there can easily be a 15-20 degree temperature swing between the northern suburbs and along the lake to the southern and western suburbs.

I remember as a kid growing up in the western burbs going to play a baseball game on lakefront vs some school. Can't remember. But it was like 75 that day at school and we got off the bus and I'm not sure I've ever been so cold. Wind was hollowing. Lesson learned, never dress for summer in spring. Also, do t let yourself get volunteered to pitch because the day's pitcher was home with strep.
