Yeah, now that the Cubs are on WSCR,Bernsie just said during the bi-monthly Kris Bryant interview,he has become a fan of the hot dog HR trot.

Funny thing when the Cubs had two of the biggest "HR admirers" in the big leagues (Sosa & Soriano), he hated it. That was one hell of a lot of "HR admirers glances" to ignore between those two guys. Band wagon jumping lil' bee-ach!

It's because everything is politicized these days. SJWs love the bat flips, crusty conservative dipshits hate it. Bernsie wants to be on the right side of history.

Was Bernstein ever staunchly anti-showboating?

Funnier thing is how back then he also always played up his alleged "Sox-fan" bona fides and ridiculed the entire Cubbie (& fan) experience.

Now he's on board because his kid sees the landscapers flipping the rakes and thinks it's cool.

I actually was thinking that this change of heart had to do with his son's little league team

Caught the end of the Bryant discussion. Bernsie sounded like Chris Farley doing the old SNL hero worship skit. It was an embarassing display, especially from a guy who makes fun of fanboys so regularly.

They played a clip from Lebron wishing Steve Kerr "thoughts and prayers", thanking God, and wishing everyone a "blessed day". Danny didn't say a word.

That will happen right after Boers gives us his list of 25 football players he insists had better collegiate careers than Tim Tebow.

Has Bernstein named his pet Ernie, Rizzo or Ivy yet?

Why Bernstein is such a little shit is that he won't admit he's changing his tune. Just say - I've changed - heck, even say I've changed my mind and I don't even know why - would make him sound more human and not such a condescending asshole.

This is what pisses me off. That piece of shit can constantly "evolve" but if Panarin said something stupid 6 years ago when he was an 18 year old kid in the Ural Mountains, we must crucify him for it.

I hope Dan is learning how to cut back on his lifestyle as he's probably in for a pay cut soon.

Wow,never read those...thanks! If somebody wants a story,go ask Theo how he reasons with himself for talking to a guy that mocked and belittled a Cub hero.

No. There are MANY on here who seem to think that he must be but because they don't listen they make bad assumptions.

You don't have to send them to Pat Hughes... I bet he remembers very well.

They decided LeBron could do no wrong years ago. So we must all appreciate his greatness.

No, Dan himself infamously said Soriano wasn't black.

Not your finest hour, Dan.

You know what, that was at least better radio? Dan and Terry were great when they weren't trying to be politically correct. There's an appeal to radio that tries to be funny and doesn't take itself seriously. It may be why the PMT podcast has more downloads than any sports radio show has listeners.
