My daughter and I are making homemade pizza tonight. Any tips for getting the crust to cook thoroughly? I always have this issue when trying to make pizza.

Seriously, though, are you using a pizza stone? If you are, make sure it's preheated thoroughly.

There are two ways to go about this: doing it yourself (not for me, but probably a fun time with kids) or calling a local pizza place and pay them a buck or two for them to roll out a pie. Any pre-made grocery store crust is junk. Also, hope you're using whole milk mozzarella.

Home Run Inn is my go-to but sometimes a $3 Jack's w/pepperoni hits the spot. I don't feel guilty eating the whole thing because it's so thin. Reminds me of bowling alley pizza as a kid.

You are going to need a paddle. If you don't have one use a baking sheet. If you don't have a baking sheet you are fucked. Scrounge a peice of sheet metal. You put corn meal on the paddle which acts as ball bearings to slide the pie in and out in and out in and out.. sorry lost my train of thought. You don't have corn meal use flour.
