Another case proving the NSA is completely useless and actually more of a threat to our wellbeing than protector of it.

of course they are making malware. so is the cia and the dea and fbi... its their job to infiltrate suspects or enemies. they admit the biggest war right now is online. it would be dumb for them to not try to make the biggest weapons.

whats sad is they can't figure out how to keep them secret.
