How did Mitch mistreat Leery? He can not run a show without replaying other shows. It is almost Jauron like. That's not my show, but I am on that show.

I wouldn't say Mitch mistreated Larry, Larry has no business on the airwaves. Mitch treated his ass by continually giving him a part time show and low pay, then telling him every year here's a one year deal. If Larry had any self respect, he'd explore other options.
