If you have nothing to hide, then why wait for your lawyer before being questioned by police? You don't need your Miranda rights either.

Trump is a complete moron. And the Networks are following him right into the gutter. Trump makes a mockery of the office he holds, and the media is making a mockery as a check on government.

I would let the police search my home, car or phone. I'm not concerned about my Miranda rights either. Those things I don't have a problem with.

You're part of the problem then. I'm not sure Trump has publicly said something that awful. I sincerely hope you're trolling.

I love the police. I LOVE THE POLICE, THE FBI, AND ALL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS, CNN.

I think your position is unwise.

sure you don't do porn

Any high school girlfriends you searched on FB you don't want your wife to see?

Any job searches you don't want your employer to see?

I'm not on facebook. Everyone's married life would be better without porn. And no, haven't searched for a job...I'm working 2-3 depending on the week.

You're working 3 jobs but you haven't searched for 1 job that may pay enough for you to eliminate at least 1 of your 3 jobs? Does your wife work?

Something not being talked about is the fact that this guy posted an animated .gif, but what Trump tweeted out was a video clip with audio...

Ironically he was so confident in his opinions that he had no problem posting them under his real name. He eventually learned though.

CoF is a bad American. He would have been one of the asslickers that fought for the British in the Revolutionary War.

Agreed on both points. I wouldn't say the "if you have nothing to hide..." thing is a form of logic though. It's more like active ignorance.

Well, if they'd used their real names, Rubber Duck and the other drivers woulda never sprang Spider Mike from that two-bit cell in Convoy. And if you haven't seen that film, your/you're a Grade A Moron.

The chick in that film was a dish, too.

No problem with multi-billion dollar corporation going after some schmuck who made a harmless gif? This is a weird take.

That would have been awesome if the revolt against the Redcoats took place in the 1970s and part of the Quartering Act was the CB Act where they could use our CBs whenever they wanted to? That woulda been worth fightin' for.

This is a journalism company ruining a guys life out of spite because the President used his work which he had no knowledge of until afterwards. This literally could have happened to many posters here. I understand journalistic standards have changed but this seems to be a gross misuse of the press.

As has been stated before, does this make any anti-Trump online sentiments open season for Trump loving news organizations?

What do you mean "going after"?

If I'd like to write an article and hope for comments from him or ask if he'd like to come on TV I'm going to get in contact with him. I'll try every avenue to get in touch with the guy.

MANY in this thread are confusing that action with the blackmailing or bragging in the article how they doxxed him.

Had the guy made an actual threat to a CNN host or executive, then I would have much less sympathy. This was a joke gif on Reddit. Shit like this is gonna guarantee another four years of Cheetolini (credit to RR  )

Why did they even need to get him on TV as part of a story. He isn't a part of a story. There are thousands of Trump memes floating around the internet. This was a malicious action because CNN is so nuts about Trump (and vice versa).

CNN is having a rough couple of weeks. They need to take a deep breath and rethink a few things. Have no idea what they're trying to do here with the story about how they uncovered the creator of the GIF. I mean who gives a shit? This is the type of thing you'd expect from Trump. Trump is winning.

But the act of getting any person's info to contact them through the multitudes of social media these days? Welcome to 2017.
