If anyone actually follows my Cub thoughts,I have vigorously defended the Cubs managers the past few terms. As far as Maddon goes,his guys are still busting their ass down to first. They are playing hard,but too much with the missing contact in bases occupied situations is killing them.....and oh,yeah,the starting pitching sucks.

I was looking at cbssports projected wins this morning. I hadn't reviewed them in a while. They now have the Brewers at 83.7 and the Cubs at 83.9. That is a huge swing in half of a season.

Still, I heard on the Score coming in that 70% of the rest of the Cub season is against sub .500 teams (thank you NL). They didn't say what the Brewer schedule is.
