Waddle, I think this what you are trying to tell the world.

If Widget, Inc. buys the naming rights of Wrigley for a "REPORTED" $10 million a year for 20 years, thats $200 million.

What Sam Zell will ask for when Selling Wrigley Field is the Present Valuie (PV) of the $200 million.

EXAMPLE:Knowing you get a check for $10 m in 2015, is only worth $9 M today if you can take $9 M today and get X % ineterst, it will then be $10 million.

I am amazed at how many 'experts' they have had on and don't have a clue about this.

It's what Reinsdorf did with US Cell. Took the PV of the sum of all the years up front in one payment.

Claims to have put it back into the park. I must have missed that in the annual report?
