Near the end. Suns up 2 points in Game 6. Majerle air balls a 20 footer on the baseline after faking out Jordan and great ball movement by the Suns. Then the Bulls inbound to MJ and he quickly sees Pippen then Pippen throws it to Grant inside who instantly dishes it to Paxson at the arc and he buries it.

Good times.

Anyone else remember when this sport required more than chucking twenty 3's a game?

Use to be the best sport in the world.

Let's keep ignoring this great thread so we can keep debating about fetuses being killed or not.

I'm starting to hate this board.

Pretty beta move for Jordan to be passing and not demanding the ball back in that situation. That's what separates a truly clutch guy like Kobe and his killer instinct from the rest of the pack.

They were up 3-2 and he had literally scored all of their points that quarter.

He shrank from the spotlight during the most crucial moment of the game.

Glorious.

The look on Ainge's face when he realizes he left Paxon alone to collapse on Horace is great. He knew he lost right there. Loser.

In every Finals clinching game of the first 3 peat, Jordan had to be saved by a white guy.

You can take chances like that when you aren't facing elimination.

Yeah, and Kobe wasn't clutch at all.

Considering your hatred of chuckers, I'm surprised you'd be a fan of basketball in the first place.

I will always hate Jordan and the Bulls for taking attention away from some really good white sox teams in the 90's.

Jordan averaged 40 points during the '93 Finals.

It's funny seeing people argue with Zeph in this thread. It's liking arguing with an Onion article

I think we got it. It was a Lebron defense. The problem is that it was flawed.

The issue is not that Lebron defers to teammates in big moments. It is that he defers to teammates in big moments and has many series losses because of it. If he was citing a game that Jordan deferred and his team got eliminated then it would be a more logical analogy.

Zeph's post had literally nothing to do with Lebron whatsoever. He was simply poking fun at Nas's love of Kobe. He can correct me if I'm wrong but I think that's it.

Wrong. He was trying to have another debate about LeBron passing to Kyle Korver. I believe there are times when the best player in the world has to be selfish and Zeph believes they don't and I have to hate LeBron in order to believe that.

Hmmm. I guess I misunderstood then. Apologies, Rick, if that's the case. I thought for sure it was nothing more than making fun of you for overrating Kobe to the point that you actually say he's above Duncan with a straight face.

I just thought he was being facetious about the (tired) LeBron/Jordan debate.
