Not trying to be a jerk, but if you don't want to build it yourself, you probably also don't want to do all the maintenance that's going to come with it. First, those things attract wasps, so expect to get nests a few times a year. Just make sure to spray after sunset or they bite the ever loving shit out of you. Also, you are going to eventually have to re-stain the wood and its a complete bitch to do this when you are too big to fit in the damned play house area. You will also need to eventually take it down, which is a complete and utter pain in the ass. Trust me when I say to invest in a pool instead.

We built a deck a couple years back, and we get Carpenter Bees digging into the posts. The female uses her teeth like a drill bit to dig a 1/4" hole into the wood, where she lays her eggs. The male, while big in stature, is harmless due to not having a stinger. He flies around very aggressively, but I just grab a fly swatter and fuck his shit up.

We built a large wooden playground for the kids a few years back. It's held up well to the lack of playing on it. I figure it's aboutv2-3 years away from being a tremendous non fire.
