Plant your flag. With what Happ has shown so far in the majors, I don't trade him straight up for Moncada.

Happ 22Y11M
2016 AA .262 .318 .415
2017 AAA.298 .362 .615
2017 MLB.259 .324 .527

Moncada 22Y1M
2016 AA .277 .379 .531
2017 AAA .282 .377 .447

Tough. Moncada has the higher ceiling. I don't know.

Is Moncada really 22 or is that a Cuban 22? If that's the real age, I think I lean towards him.

Other than being 10 months older while still being 22, Do white people age differently?

 I meant the whole birth certicate issue that comes up with Cuban players. Wasn't Jose Contreras like 5 years older than his listed age?

Supposedly Moncada is the most [five-] toolsy prospect in baseball these days... Whether or not you rate him as an actual player, in terms of tangible physical skills he supposedly has it all. Obviously some think he's overrated as an actual ballplayer, meanwhile some make excuses for him like he's been bored in AAA for his June swoon and all that.

Happ? Idk what his prospecty buzz was but it's pretty obvious that the kid can hit. Idk if he's fast or if he's a slick defender with a cannon for an arm, but I'm pretty damn sure this kid can hit at any level, and now we'll find out if Moncada can hit too.

So uhhh theoretically Moncada has all the tools/skills to be better than happ, but it's baseball so you never know. Does this sound about right?

EDIT = put it this way, Moncada is the #1 fantasy baseball prospect beyond a shadow of a doubt. He should fill up some box scores whether or not his team/s are any good =]

Happ can run, his arm is OK.. Nothing special.
