Ordered our Friday night pizza for us and the kids. I go to pick it up and there is one lady waiting with her young daughter. I pay and they tell me it's a couple minutes more before it's ready. A couple minutes later they come back to the window and ask if I had the XL and the small cheese. I say yep and grab it and walk to my car. As I'm loading it up I see they have a whole bunch of different toppings written on the box. I turn around and walk right back in and up to the counter. Probably a total of 90 seconds has passed. As I'm explaining to the girl at the counter, the lady waiting flies out of her seat and flips out. "I demand my money back!! I want to see the manager immediately!!! My pizza left the doors of this establishment and I will NOT eat that!!!" Then the Caller Bob has the audacity to say "no offense" to me. I fire back, "offense taken. What do you think I did in 90seconds??"

The manager came over before she could get started again and immediately gave her the money back and she stormed out muttering under her breath. The manager rolls her eyes and laughs and says to me "you want this pizza on the house?"

TL/DR: some bitch was rude to the pizza people and I got a free pizza

It left the establishment, of course she has a point. If it was me I'd ask for them to make me another pizza if I had time or give me my money back without making a big deal over it. I'm a man though. I understand people make mistakes and as long as you aren't fucking me over I'm understanding. You know, like a man.

If you would have checked your order, this entire thing could have been avoided. For the pizza place, the lady and you. It's really your fault.
