This will be temporary unless Rick and team learns how to draft.

It should always be temporary.

They have been drafting better as of late. Not sure about at Carson Fullmer pick.

should list team $$ spent on player development, see where they rank there. probably correlates to prospect success but what do i know?

Per Good Dolphin, it's not possible to have different ranking systems. Somebody is wrong here.

Anderson and Fulmer look real bad.

Too early to write off either. Fulmer could still make it as a reliever.

Anderson and Fulmer could be complete Schwarber-esque busts and the Sox are still jam packed with top tier young talent.

This rebuild leaves those two as small footnotes.

Have faith, my friends.

Agree on Fulmer.

Tim Anderson has me very worried. I didn't expect him to be an All Star this year, but he has been among the worst of MLB regulars all year.

Per good dolphin, when a person is referencing a particular ranking body he should specify that body otherwise the reader correctly assumes the general.

This man speaks truth.

There will not be enough room in the rotation for Fulmer even if he were to max out on his potential.

The problem with Anderson is that if he can't play short, he can't play anywhere. I guess you could try him in center. He just can't hit enough to play on a corner. Anderson and Moncada is not a championship infield. Maybe Moncada goes to left and you can try Anderson at second base.

Yep.

Start the rebuild over.

Trade all these loser prospects now and sign Jeff Keppinger.

Both of those guys were drafted before the rebuild, it's alarming though, picking very early and whiffing on identifying and developing talent.

They are trying to mimic the Cubs rebuild but doing a horrific job at it. Shotty defense up the middle and players were questionable baseball character(Tim Anderson)

A great job, actually.

Shotty defense up the middle (Zobrist, Happ, Russell's arm) and players were questionable baseball character(Addison Russell)

In the post season it will be Baez and Russell up the middle solely. Addison Russell has questionable off the field character but not on the field. The Cubs also posted historic defensive numbers last year, and yes they have regressed a bit this year.

These guys would be lucky to have a median career equivalent to Rey Sanchez.
