Watching the theatrical cut now. I cannot get over how superior the director's cut is to this film.

The DC is still probably a top 10 maybe even top 6 or 7 comic book film for me, and I think it is Snyder's best work.

Why the fuck can't this guy make a great theatrical cut? Warner Brothers should just make Justice League 3 hours long, so we can get the full Snyder experience. I'm sure it would still cross $1 billion at the box office.

Look at all the cuts made for the theatrical release included in the DC of Watchmen.

Just so all you fellow creepers know, there is an extended love making scene with peak Malin Ackerman in the director's cut.

One of the best opening credits sequences ever in this film.

I prefer the ending of the movie to the one in the book. I agree about the DC, it is really good.

i agree with this; i think it would have been worked best as a miniseries or netflix series (had they waited). the movie does what it can, but i think it is just too much to digest and is better served in comic book form.

it's certainly the best alan moore adaptation. "from hell" being the worst.

I enjoyed Watchmen in the theater the day it came out. Maybe not the best date movie though...

I've never seen a Director's Cut

The director's cut is well worth the time to watch it.

Wasn't that a show on PBS in the 70s?
