Typical parody play but a fun night out. The cast of six in this high energy, small stage production really earns its money. Great work from the actors with just a decent script.

Also, Becca Brown:



should be a star in the near future. Supremely talented as a singer, actress and comedic actress. She has great stage presence. They ask a lot out of her in this show and she delivers.

Not hot hot in terms of Hollywood but she's be considered hot in terms of a future SNL cast.

looks like she might fall into the stereotype "women can't be funny", especially good looking. and i don't buy her "friend zone" song at all. no guy in their right mind would call her "bro" and not want to fuck her. go back to IO.

I only watched scenes of the movie as Jack Black as a lead is insufferable. I didn't know she was in it until after the show when I read the play bill...not that it would have mattered she was a child actor in a movie I never saw.

I think the "women aren't funny" is more applicable to stand up and writing than sketch acting. They can pretend to be funny using other people's words.

Also, I don't think you have to worry about the truth of the story behind the song. The entire cast of the show appeared to be gay.
