I've kinda tabled the Trumpet thing for a little while but it's purpose was more of joking/trolling play on what the president does to all of his opponents. There isn't a person that any of us disagrees with on EVERYTHING.

I try not to label people as bigots or racists because I know how annoying labels can be. Especially as a guy who's considered a racist or a coon depending on the audience far too often. There are topics that aren't worth touching and this is one for me.

New law doesn't mean shit. I had an illegal hit my car a couple years ago and the cop did nothing. He said it was a matter for the insurance companies. I said, he doesn't have insurance. He is not even driving his own car. The car belongs to a friend of his, who he says has insurance, but doesn't have his information. WTF am I suppose to do? The cop shrugged his shoulders and left.

I just want equal treatment for everyone. Either you make them citizens or you send them back. If they want to become citizens, great. Start paying taxes like everyone else and make the same wages as everyone else. Tired of the "you rub my back and I'll rub yours" policy toward illegals.

This actually happened to me last summer. It was clearly the other guy's fault--my car was parked and he backed into it, which he admitted--but when the cops realized he was illegal, they wouldn't do anything. The guy didn't have a license or insurance, obviously, but the cops just kind of shrugged. "We don't deal with that," the fatter one said. When I got angry about it, they tried to dissuade me from filing a claim with the insurance, saying that the insurance would never accept my claim and if they did, my rates would skyrocket. Then they became strategically inarticulate when writing the police report. They claimed they couldn't understand me (the one who was speaking English). "So this was both your fault?" they kept saying. I wasn't in the car, so no, it wasn't my fault. In the end, I refused to sign it because they were being intentionally obtuse.

Never saw so many ball-less people in my life. When I went back and complained at District 22, the woman suggested that I was racist and that the other guy was just trying to make a living.

Yeah but he shouldn't be deported for that .

In that situation, if the guy was trying to get away, I can see stopping him. But it's such an awful idea to take the law into your own hands. That's what the cops are there for. Lawmakers and police need to address this weird gap in the law or have some guts and apply whatever laws there already are.

No one wants to be seen as the bad guy in cases like this. But try to not pay your property taxes and see what happens to you.

this happens all the time. i was hit by an illegal. i had 2x4's sticking out the back of my wifes sunfire through the back seat opening and resting on the center console. I had the flag and everything. he rammed his van into the 2x4's which pushed them into the dash breaking everything, nearly breaking my arm and bending the shift knob flat.

the police officer did nothing. no ticket to write because they won't show up to court, there was no way of determining whot his person actually was. She just left and he said sorry and left. i called my trash insurance company (progressive) and they were like pay everything OOP and then file a claim and we'll go after the person. i told them there was no person. it was an illegal so nobody got any information. They said, oh this will causeyour rates to go up and it was some stupid number. we drove it for 2 more months before trading that hunk of crap in.

here in the quad cities there are tons of refugee hmong people and they fish the rivers and keep anything and everything. they don't follow any rules because they just have no idea. DNR does nothing to them but makes them leave and takes their fish. If i was doing it, they'd take all my gear and write me an assload of tickets.

All of this because you were too cheap to rent a pick up truck at Menards for $18.88(hour) to bring those home.. Kind of your fault, right?

I mean, I have a smaller size SUV, that I've probably pushed to the limit in terms of hardware store trips, but who the fuck loads up Sunfire like that?
