And why didn't Maples get a chance? He has lights out stuff. Listen Maddon, in terms of clubhouse management is a great manager, but in game shit, is just brutal at times.

Why didn you or I get a chance instead of the bum Wilson. That Wilson,Koji sequence almost blew this game. But wilson especially.

On the bright side, another elite start from Lester. Good news down the stretch.

Come one Dennis, let's tone down the language and innuendo a bit.

About eight in, but not drunk. Are you enjoying the show? We're hanging on the deck. My wife ran out for more beer.

Well my friend John does not like my gotee. He calls it prison pussy. Think about that for a second. Kinda funny.

Yeah, but Atlanta's not in the division so it doesn't count.

You're popping up in the Cubs threads. I can't recall that in the past, and it's a good thing. As much as I love the Hawks, the Cubs have always been and will always be where my heart resides.

I love CH, but it's not a good thing when the playoffs start.

I was Cubs before Blackhawks from 2003-2008 but I never truly recovered from the Dodgers sweep in the NLDS. I've been easing my way back in but I'm still not the baseball fan I used to be. The Royals pennants got me a little interested in out-of-town baseball again because I felt like the pendulum had swung way too far toward walks and mound conferences and the dumb bunting-and-stealing Royals were fun. But really, I think I'm losing interest in sports in general.

I've come around to CH. We had bad moments, but it is all good now. Top ten poster for me. Love that guy.
