Look at those starters ERA's. No reason this shouldn't be a sweep but I'm sure it won't be.

Tuesday: 7:05 p.m., CSN

RH Robert Gsellman (6-6, 5.44) vs. LH Jose Quintana (9-11, 4.32)

Wednesday: 7:05 p.m., WGN-9

RH Matt Harvey (5-4, 5.82) vs. LH Jon Lester (10-7, 4.35)

Thursday: 7:05 p.m., ABC-7

RH Seth Lugo (6-4, 4.64) vs. LH Mike Montgomery (5-8, 3.64)

This. If they don't win 2 of 3, it's going to be tough unless STL and MIL also go cold.

So as Al Davis famously said, "Just win baby!"

Just have my money ready after Quintana has an amazing finish to the season. You can Quick Pay it to me so I don't have to touch money with your tears mixed with cocaine.

Not a good way to start the series. Load bases with 1 out, get nothing.

Why are you running with slow ass Zobrist while Bryant is batting? Maddon is being bad again.

At some point might someone sit dead red on the low outside corner? He keeps throwing to the exact same spot.

Winner. Been feeling that way for a week. Only thing missing is the squabble with the booth.

This feels like the team that got swept by Arizona. If they don't care why should I.

Schwarber will put up a platinum sombrero in a must win game late in the season just like Sosa.

i didnt want to watch but couldn't resist.

of course we're losing.

this team is going to struggle to win a game this homestand.

by next monday we probably will be out of first place.

2004 it sure does feel like it. Who'll be the Victor Diaz of this year?

Díaz made his major league debut with the Mets on September 11, 2004. He was impressive during his September tryout, hitting a three-run home run with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning to win a pivotal game against the playoff-contending Chicago Cubs, essentially knocking them out of the playoffs on September 25, 2004.

We're up in the game but it seems like it's dead there. Like we're still losing. What gives?
