I just tuned into that game. It's so weird seeing that ballpark for the first time since last October.

Indians just tied it in the 9th.

Tseng's last start was 12 days ago and his season was essentially over. If they were going to use him they should have had him up then. Its a weird spot to put a guy in. He thinks he is headed home or to the fall league or wherever.... hopefully they at least had him in AZ pitching some and didn't pull him out of a post season bender to join the club. Even though this is the mets its a lot of pressure to not fuck up.

Lindor is the only player in the MLB where I say to myself 'I wish we had him'.

Surprised they mismanaged him that badly.

They didn't. They had sent him to Arizona after his season ended where he was prepared for tonight's start. He just wasn't all that good.

Almora playing time please. He should split time with heyward at the minimum.

What the fuck does Almora need to do to get Maddon to play him everyday in CF?? The guy is by far the best CF and is hitting over .290,and is a good base runner as well. Maddon gives Haap starts far more often and he strikes out far too often and is a mediocre CF at best.

Haleys comet (a Heyward HR) has been sighted.

Without looking it up I thought his splits were not good and the reason he doesn't play much. Might need to re-evaluate that.

I think with Almora they wanted to get him about 300 ABs so he could get his feet entrenched and he has certainly done that. I think everyone is surprised at how well he's swung the bat this year. No AAA Express Shuttle for him.
