also boiled up a beef tongue we had taking up space in the freezer and then threw that in the smoker too. not so sure about it. going to serve with horseradish sour cream and pickled red onion if it tastes good. otherwise dog food.
You can try wonton wrappers in muffin pans and fill with your meats and condiments if you're looking for a delivery method. 15 minutes at 375 will set their shape up.
