The way most people make this stuff it is all the same. chopped tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and some salt and pepper... what's the difference once you chew it?

Ingredients:
1 medium white onion.
2-3 Jalapeno Peppers (to taste...I use at least 2)
1 Habanero Pepper (if available, if not, sub with a serrano or another jalapeno)
1 Bell Pepper (green, red, orange, yellow).
One can of diced green chilis 8oz.
2 x 14 ounce cans of Red Gold Mexican style diced tomatoes. I will sometimes buy 3 depending on how thick the mix is. Also can buy one smaller can 10oz.
1/3+ cup of olive oil
1/4+ cup of garlic red wine vinegar
Tablespoon+ of cumin powder.
Salt and Pepper (teaspoon +/-)
4-5 garlic cloves (not the whole thing, but the half moon shaped pieces).

Cut onion, bell pepper, and hot peppers...I do not put the seeds in the salsa! Use rubber gloves!!!!
Add to blender. Add olive oil, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic vinegar, garlic cloves, and diced chilis to blender.

blend on pulse for about 5-10 seconds so everthing is mixed....should look pretty green.

drain tomatoes and add to blender. blend on pulse 5-10 seconds so the color changes to a redish-orange.

put in fridge overnight...
