I would think they postpone but the Yankees game started under heavy rain yesterday.

Who makes the decision? I would think it would be in the Cubs best interest to do everything possible to play today.

MLB probably has the final say for playoff games. The rain cleared out of NY last nite. The forecast for today gets worse as the afternoon and evening rolls along. Worse case scenario would be to start and stop this game. A rain delay is always an issue for the SP, but a guy who hasn't pitched in two weeks coming back from a bad hammy could be really affected by a rain delay.

On the other hand, Strasburg can only pitch 1. So no Strasburg or Scherzer (it's dusty so...there's a chance but probably not on 2 days rest) for Game 5 if it gets that far.
