Apparently the men don't talk about sexual harassment either.

Do victims have an obligation to speak up? Interesting question I think.

Sadly I think Rob probably blew the guy but is too hurt to admit it.

As for Ben Afflect - What bullshit. You know this guy is the same as Weinstein. I'm sure Weinstein told Affleck all his stories of conquests and they high fived each other. Scum.

Call me old fashioned but i always assumed being a "sexual gangster" would be a good thing! Can we think up a new term for harvey as to not besmirch the good name of sexual gangsters worldwide?

Of course not.

They should stay silent so other women are raped and harassed over the next 30 years or so.

I don't think they do. The victims not coming forward isn't the problem. It's all his "friends" who are in photos with him yukking it up over the years when they obviously knew what a dirtbag he is. And now they're pretending to be shocked.

That's kind of a snarky reply to a pretty normal question.

Of course we want them to report and stop future attacks...but they ARE victims. I find it difficult to put THEM at fault.

One can have empathy for the "victims" but at some point they should work to overcome the "victimhood" and assert that they will not remain helpless victims their whole lives..... they are not going to stand for this shit any longer, nor will they allow it to continue to happen to other innocent victims. At such point you are no longer a victim and you are a powerful agent for good. At the very least you can go to bed at night with a clear conscience.

It's easy to be principled about this kind of stuff when you are not a victim of it and you don't have to make the choice between working in your profession and being a protector of future victims.

People take settlements from big corporations all the time and can't talk about it. I can't blame any of them.

They're outraged. The Rachel Maddow's and Chuck Todd's have spent a significant amount of time hammering him and folks that are excusing this behavior. Your conservative friends have spent an awful lot of time making excuses for this behavior or being silent.

KellyAnne Conway bitching it took Hillary 5 days to comment.

Another false equivalency. Hollywood exec.vs Republican Presidential Candidate. Yeah that sure is an even trade.

Here's the thing. Saying someone SHOULD report something, isn't putting them at fault for not doing so. Some will be able to, others will not. It's on a person by person basis.

Now, those who have more power are far more capable of reporting this. Coming out 20 years later is worthless. Not coming out with it because you didn't want your career to end is pathetic.

She's still talking about locker room talk and boys being boys. If you were silent about Trump and Fox News I am not sure you should be demanding someone else speak out or timing their statements. That being said she is right about Hillary taking too long.

Damn, what's the point of being FuckYou rich and powerful if you can't get lots and lots of new and exciting strange?

Really, his personal assistant should be blamed for not having them lined-up and vetted better.

Shit, whomever MJ's guy was/is should write a how-to book on the practice of celebrity VajCraft.

Why is it, that when men (it doesn't even seem like women follow suit) become wealthy or powerful they are lead to sexual deviance? I know there are a thousand joking responses but it seems like sexual propriety is the first construct to fall when a person becomes unfettered.

A guy invites you to his hotel room, shouldn't you bring your agent or someone with you?

That's the part I don't get.

That's humanity, bro. I think actually gorging on food comes first followed by sex. King Harvey VIII.

Some might say we are all just evolved cave men who would club women in the head and take them if society was ok with it

I don't think the hotel rooms that they use are like the Red Roof Inns you or I might stay in. They are in the presidential suite, which is basically an apartment, with multiple rooms where above the board work is performed. Most of those celeb interviews you see are in a hotel room
