This is all bullshit. Strasburg will pitch if they fall behind, it is an elimination game and Gonzalez can pitch Game 5 if needed.

I think Dusty meant pollen or something regarding allergies when he said mold. I just don't know what goes thru his head sometimes.

I don't know what to even say but this series is not lacking for drama but here comes Dusty with some good ol fashioned lunacy.

He sounds very old. He is but man he sounds like it.

I think Strasburg starts tomorrow.

This will work out great if TR pitches today, Playing in the rain would have been anyone's game. I think Jake on long rest will be sharp for 6 innings..This series ends today, bring on LA.

He sounds old and he sounds like he is already listing the excuses for the Nats not being able to win this series; Mold, rain out, players sick, no hotel, etc...

Sheer lunacy is the best way to describe it.

I didn't hear what he said but mold has been very high recently. For about a week I was waking up and my eyes felt like I hadn't slept at all. Then I heard on the radio that mold counts were unusually high.

Dusty hasn't set the franchise back yet, gonna need him to bring in both Strasburg and Schezrer in relief tonight. Little notice and let them extend 40 pitches in their inning on the way to the loss.

Let's not get too cocky here, we all two things very well after last season...

It can look like a team is on the ropes and about to go down and they come storming back

A bad manager making horrible decisions can be overcome by a great team

If Strasburg doesn’t pitch today he’s the biggest bleeding pussy in baseball. Suck it up and compete for your teammates you big fuckin burrito.

If he didn't mean mold in the context of allergies, he's out of his mind. Mold is everywhere at all times. You can have dangerous mold like black mold develop in buildings, but that's not happening at the hotel they're staying at.

I fully expect the Nats to win today because of this.

I don't feel its cockiness. Accept the reality of post season baseball and enjoy.

2-0 in games started against Strasburg and Scherzer.

Absolutely. I cannot imagine not wanting the ball for your team in an elimination game because of a little under the weather.

But RPB is right, cannot get cocky here. The Nats may pound Jake today and Roark throw a no hitter.

Black mold? Wear some, since you own it!

correct. Roark has been better in the second half of the season, 3.89 ERA. Still, you have to like your chances against him better than against Strasburg, unless there really is something wrong physically with Strasburg.
